2. Want to settle in Quebec

3. Net worth: $2M CAD

4. Investment: 2 options:

   • $1.2M: $1M refunded

   • without interested after 5 years – OR

   • $550,000 (no refund)

5. High school diploma

6. 2 years experience as a business owner or senior manager during the past 5 years
