As an Entrepreneur, you must be willing to come to Canada and actively manage a business. This is NOT a passive investment.
All programs may lead to permanent residence.
Your spouse and children under 22 years old can be included in your application.
You cannot have any important criminality or medical issue.

This is a work permit application which may lead to permanent residency later on, if this is your goal.
Minimum Requirements
Already have 2 established, running entities in 2 different countries with employees, generating profit.
Have been operating for at least 2 years.
You want to send the owner, senior executive or a highly specialized worker who has at least 1 year of experience in one of the entities overseas to open the branch in Canada.
$200,000 CAD minimum investment (not a strict requirement but highly advisable in practice).

Open a new business
You can open a new business anywhere in Canada under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
Unless you wish to settle in one specific province for a specific reason, our team will help you select the right province and city to setup your business – decision that is key to your future success in Canada.
We will also suggest business concepts tailored to your profile, financial capacity and provinces’ priorities.

To buy an existing business, you need to be eligible under one of the PNP (Provincial Nominee Programs).

Minimum Requirements
Have an innovative and scalable business (most often based on technology).
Have obtained a support letter form a designated organization (incubator, angel investor or venture capitalist).
Have acquired extensive knowledge in a field relevant to your role in the start-up.
Be able to prove that as a team, you currently have the financial capacity to start your start-up in Canada.
Have a basic level of English – CLB 5.
Can have up to 5 co-founders.

This is a work permit application that could later on lead to permanent residency.

Investment: the higher the investment, the higher the chances of success. There is no minimum requirement however we advise a minimum of $200,000 CAD.
