You can open a new business anywhere in Canada under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

Unless you wish to settle in one specific province for a specific reason, our team will help you select the right province and city to setup your business – decision that is key to your future success in Canada.

  • Investment: $100,000 CAD

  • 3 years of management experience as a business owner or senior manager during the past 5 years

  • High school diploma

  • Come to Canada and manage your business

Process

  1. Select business concept + province(s)

  2. Exploratory visit

  3. Business plan

  4. Selection by the province

  5. Net worth verification

  6. Submit full application to the province

  7. Province approves

  8. Work permit

  9. Come to Canada

  10. Operate the business for 6-12 months, make your investment, create 1-2 jobs

Open a franchise

Minimum Requirements

  • Investment: $200,000 CAD

  • 3 years of management experience as a business owner or senior manager during the past 5 years

  • High school diploma

  • Come to Canada and manage your business

Buy an existing business

Minimum Requirements

  • Net worth: $300,000 CAD

  • Investment: $100,000 CAD

  • 3 years of management experience as a business owner or senior manager during the past 5 years

  • High school diploma

  • Come to Canada and manage your business

To buy an existing business, you need to be eligible under one of the PNP (Provincial Nominee Programs).

We will help you

  • work with real estate agents and help find the right business

  • select the best province and city to settle in

  • meet various professionals in the province to help you settle quickly and successfully (accountants, bankers, real estate agents, where to get your permits/licences, etc)

  • draft the business plan and financial forecast

  • handle all immigration matters until citizenship

Start-Up Visa

Minimum Requirements

  • Have an innovative and scalable business (most often based on technology).

  • Have obtained a support letter form a designated organization (incubator, angel investor or venture capitalist).

  • Have acquired extensive knowledge in a field relevant to your role in the start-up.

  • Be able to prove that as a team, you currently have the financial capacity to start your start-up in Canada.

  • Have a basic level of English – CLB 5.

  • Can have up to 5 co-founders.

  • No criminal record or significant medical issues.

Significant Benefit Work Permit (C11)

This is a work permit application that could later on lead to permanent residency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Select a business concept that will bring significant economic, social and/or cultural benefits to Canada such as

    • Job creation

    • New products, services, technologies

    • Export from Canada

  • Ideally prioritise a business within in demand industries such as but not limited to:

    • IT

    • Agriculture

    • Health care

    • Cultural activities

    • Energy

    • Transport

    • Greentech

  • Investment: the higher the investment, the higher the chances of success. There is no minimum requirement however we advise a minimum of $200,000 CAD.

  • 3 years of management experience as a business owner or senior manager during the past 5 years (not a strict requirement but we want to show enough recent work experience to increase chances of success of the Canadian business).
